If you like meeting in real life, our ‘meet-ups’ are a brilliant way of bringing graduates together for an informal catch up and tune-up on that month’s chosen topic, which is usually about writing or publishing.
More than just a chat about apostrophes and rejection letters, these meet-ups put faces to names, names to genres and can even lead to fantastic collaborations. Plus we usually bring along a guest speaker – examples include agents, publishers and authors – to discuss their corner of the writing world and answer any questions you may have (there’s always plenty!).
These meet-ups offer invaluable knowledge and insights for attendees. As well as being open to our graduates, we also welcome anyone who is interested in seeing what this whole writing nonsense is all about! To get the gist, take a look at our recent meet-ups below and stay tuned for the next one via our newsletter (hint: sign up to it so you don’t miss out!).
The next Sydney meet-up is on Tuesday 1 April 2014.
