Mather joins the podcast in this episode to discuss all of these things, as well as his own journey into the industry, and his latest titles, Laugh in the Bath and Mumma Bear.

Writer in residence: Rory H. Mather
Rory H. Mather is a picture book author, reader, rhyme-lover, and proud table tennis enthusiast based in Toowoomba, Queensland. Once a reluctant reader, Rory discovered the magic of books (thanks, Harry Potter) and now writes stories to help kids find that same spark. He’s worked in public libraries delivering children’s programs, loves dogs, cakes, pies (but not in that order), and lives happily with his wife Georgia, their daughter, and their dog Cooper.
