We love hearing from our students no matter what they have to say, but when we hear of a student being published, we just want to shout it from the rooftops! We’re a little scared of heights, so we’ll go with a blog post instead.
Jordan says:
I recently published the first book in my magic realism series. Bitroux – Book 1: The Metalsmith is out now on Kindle, and two versions of print – black and white, and the illustrated colour edition. I'm super-proud of this one – as well as the writing the story, I also designed and illustrated the book.
I did two short courses – Creative Writing 1 and 2. They were excellent and really helpful with the nuts and bolts of plot and structure. I had loads of character and world elements but the courses helped discipline me in terms of making the story actually go somewhere!
