COMP CLOSED: Win Ian Fleming’s James Bond Letters!

We’ve been given a Licence to Win this week, with two copies of The Man With the Golden Typewriter (published by Bloomsbury, RRP $29.99) to give away. The book explores the origins of James Bond and follows author Ian Fleming’s progress as he typed (on his golden typewriter) the initial 14 Bond thrillers in just over a decade.

The Man With the Golden Typewriter is made up entirely of letters (edited by nephew Fergus Fleming) documenting Fleming’s rise to fame between publishing his first 007 book Casino Royale in 1952 through to his untimely death in 1964.

An intriguing insight into the makings of a pop-culture icon, captured uniquely in real time through Fleming’s in situ correspondence, this book is an excellent read for biography fans, Bond fans, anyone who has ever seen a Bond film, and anyone who just likes winning books!

Thanks to our friends at Bloomsbury, we have TWO copies to give away. And we’d like to know what object you’d like to have gold plated, any WHY?

Get creative with your answers – you could be one of the TWO lucky winners!

This competition has now closed – thanks for your entries! Winners will be announced in our weekly newsletter.
