If your workplace or another organisation is covering your course fees, we make payment easy. When using our Invoice Request Form you can:
- Book directly into a specific course, or
- Arrange an advance payment (a course credit) to use later.
We can also issue invoices so you can be reimbursed or help you use professional development funds before the end of the financial year.
Option 1: You know which course and date you want
If you already know the course and start date you’d like to enrol in:
- Fill out our Invoice Request Form.
- We’ll send an invoice to your workplace for payment.
Once payment is received, we’ll enrol you directly into the course and send a confirmation email.
Option 2: You know which course but aren’t ready to begin just yet
If you want to enrol in a course (or multiple courses) and aren’t ready to begin, but your workplace or organisation needs an invoice now:
- Fill out the Invoice Request Form and request an invoice for the amount your workplace or organisation would like to pay.
- Once payment is received, we’ll provide you with a course credit for the amount (similar to a gift voucher).
You can then use this credit to enrol in any course within 3 years of the issue date. You can use it in one go or over multiple separate enrolments…
Option 3: You’re not sure which course you want to enrol into
If you know your employer or organisation will be funding your training but you’re not yet sure which course is the right fit, we can help you get started.
You have two simple options:

- Click on the green help button in the bottom right corner of this page, provide us your details and a little about what writing you’re interested in pursuing.
- Our team will get in touch to recommend suitable courses based on your needs.
- Once you’ve chosen a course, we’ll organise an invoice for your workplace or organisation for payment.
- Secure your funding now
- If you need to use your funding or organisation’s training budget before a deadline, you can complete the Invoice Request Form and request an invoice for a course credit amount
- Once payment is received, the credit can be used for any course within a 3-year period, giving you the flexibility to decide later.
