“I got published!”: Sarah McKay

We love hearing from our students no matter what they have to say, but when we hear of a student being published, we just want to shout it from the rooftops! We’re a little scared of heights, so we’ll go with a blog post instead.

Sarah says:

My latest greatest publishing success is as a regular neuroscience blogger for the ABC's Active Memory site

And in between blogging about brain health and working for a variety of corporate clients I blog for Charlie Teo's brain cancer foundation Cure Brain Cancer.

The Magazine and Newspaper Writing course set me off on the most amazing journey to now running my own science and health communications business (and regularly turning down work as I'm so busy!). I often look back to the night I met Valerie at a ‘How to be a Freelance Science Writer' talk and think it was one of the turning points of my life. I can't thank you all enough for changing my life (and I mean that from the bottom of my heart).

Congratulations Sarah! Wanna read what she wrote? Follow the links above!
If you have a success story to share with us, you can do so right here. We’ll share it with the world!
