  • Once this purchase order is submitted to the Australian Writers’ Centre, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the course. The enrolment is not confirmed until payment is made. Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit.

    We are unable to reserve places for our courses without payment in full. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be provided in writing to the Australian Writers’ Centre.

    • If you cancel when there is more than two weeks before course is scheduled to run, your payment will be converted into a credit note, which may be used for any course at the Australian Writers' Centre. The credit note will be valid for 12 months.
    • In exceptional circumstances, special consideration may be given for withdrawals or transfers within the two-week period. Exceptional circumstances are defined as serious personal considerations or illness (documentation is required). If this occurs, you will be charged a $50 administration fee and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. The Australian Writers’ Centre cannot accept responsibility for changes in work commitments.

    These conditions apply whether or not you enrol in a course after the two-week grace period.
